Autism Services Advancement Package (ASAP)

The ASAP bills will enhance the educational opportunities for all students with an ASD classification, and will enhance services provided to all Delawareans living with ASD at any age.  Senate bill #92 makes changes in the Delaware Code, and Senate bill #93 establishes the Delaware Network for Excellence in Autism.
