Apply for a Post-Secondary Education Scholarship
Every year, Autism Delaware awards scholarships to individuals who are pursuing post-secondary degrees in an autism-related field, as well as to adults on the spectrum who are pursuing post-secondary studies. Application instructions for each of the scholarships are shown below:
1. The Daniel and Lois Gray Memorial Scholarship (for students at the University of Delaware pursuing a degree related to autism)
2. The Autism Teacher Certification Scholarship (for Delaware educators working to get their autism certification)
3. The Adult with Autism Scholarship (for Delaware residents with autism who want to pursue secondary education)
Applicants will be notified in mid-May of the results of their submission.
Conference Stipends for Parents and Self-Advocates
A limited number of stipends are available from Autism Delaware to enable parents/caregivers and self-advocates to attend workshops and conferences.
Stipends are up to $250 and can be used for conference registration fees, travel and/or hotel accommodations.
Stipend to specific conference are also sometimes available.
Recipients will be required to write an article about their experience at the workshop/conference to be posted as a blog or published in our newsletter.

Financial Assistance for Programs
A limited amount of financial assistance is available from Autism Delaware to enable participation in programs that Autism Delaware offers.
The financial assistance application must completed in full, with a copy of your 2017 Tax Return or 2 most recent paystubs of all household income and sent in along with the completed Financial Assistance Application. If you are approved for assistance, you will receive a registration code.
