Events Coordinator - Full Time


The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events to ensure seamless execution and a positive experience for participants.  This role involves coordinating logistics, collaborating with vendors, and overseeing event timelines.  Strong communication and organization skills are essential for successful coordination of diverse events, ranging from conferences to social/recreational gatherings to signature events.  The Events Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve event objectives and help create successful events.  The Events Coordinator is an integral member of the Fund Development and Engagement Department.


Direct Support Professional (DSP), Part-Time and Full-Time


We have immediate openings for full- and part-time work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Successful applicants will develop and provide support strategies associated with placing and supporting people with unique abilities to help them find employment and participate in their communities through interning, volunteering and recreation. Autism Delaware provides the best services possible to our participants while allowing our DSP’s to use their skills, strengths, and talents to enrich the lives of those we support.


Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator is often the first point of contact between our clients/participants and the agency, and thus serves an important function, contributing to the client’s first impression of our agency.  The Intake Coordinator is calm, detail-oriented, possesses excellent listening skills, and is able to communicate clear descriptions of the services offered by Autism Delaware.

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for responding to new requests for service from families and other callers, explaining our services, and setting families up for their first service appointment or informational interview.  The Intake Coordinator is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, entering data into software systems, and documenting the intake process for each potential client.  He/she/they also work closely with the Authorization/Billing staff in securing the necessary documentation to request authorization. This position supports the organization as a whole through the accurate and consistent collection of utilization data. The Intake Coordinator adheres to Autism Delaware’s policies and procedures, maintains client confidentiality/adheres to all HIPAA requirements. This position requires outstanding communication and organizational skills.
